Angeblich Lieferung an mich erfolgt. Keine Zustellung. 2 mal mit DPD. 2 mal Paket weder geliefert noch Geld zurück bekommen.

J ai commandé un aspirateur tineco a 599euro et le livreur l a laisser devant la porte sans s’assurer qu il y avait quelqu un a la maison. N’importe qui aurait pu le prendre en plus on voyait bien que c’était un tineco. De plus j’habite en face d une école donc la rue est fortement fréquentée. J ai souvent eu de mauvaises expériences avec des paquets qu y m ont été volés! J’aimerais dans le futur que le livreur attendent de voir que le paquet a bien été remis en main propre avant qu il reparte!Unprofessional.
