livraison lamentable. Aucun professionnalisme concernant le chauffeur qui a prétendu mon absence alors que j'étais présente, ainsi qu'un appel téléphonique inexistant. Une livraison reportée en permanence pour qu'au final, j'ai dû faire 40kms pour récupérer mon colis au dépôt FedEx 😠
inadmissible, dans la mesure où j'ai réglé des fdp et que ça m'a coûté en plus des frais d'essence.
J'attends une prochaine livraison, j'espère qu'elle se passera mieux 🤔Delayed. Unprofessional. Poor communication. Left in wrong spot.
