Hi, My item was severely delayed. It says it’s been delivered upon signature on arrival and I definitely did not sign for it and it’s nowhere to be seen. Can someone please look into where my parcel is?Delayed. Incorrect items. Left in wrong spot. Poor communication. Damaged. Unprofessional.

I'm going to say explaining why I gave this a two-star in bullet points.
. I had pre-ordered this Papa Fear Gaming Plush back in mid June/July of 2021.
. I bought it, gave my info, downloaded this app, and waited.
. On 8/28/21, it says that my Plush was delivering today. Was expecting a message or phone call telling me that they are close. Nothing.
. Now I fear that my package might have gotten stolen because my building tends to steal packages out of random.
Update hopefully coming soon.
