I check the update every day. I have been seeing no parcel delivered for 2 days since I received the message. I am waiting but I am not getting any kind of support. Will you make any arrangements to get my parcel. I am asking with great sadness to take the right steps to get my parcel.

please help me get my package.it has been put at someone elses door i dave sat up every night. the same thing happened on sep16 my pacjage did not arrive .i am very stressed .i have tryed to phone places noone knows .the delivery men have my right address.Left in wrong spot.
