Never received nor delivered to my address delivered somewhere but nowhere near address specified on label

The cardboard boxes with cat liter in them were left in the rain to get wet with 40lbs of liter inside the box which with the box falling apart a plastic bag isn’t going to hold 40lbs of liter without busting apart? Very unprofessional when the could have been put on the porch out of the rain or have a plastic bag put over top of the three boxes or a piece of cardboard anything to stop the boxes from being soaked in the rain. In the past the driver has put the items on the porch.Left in wrong spot.
