Ups is incompetent they lost my package and only after I filed an investigation did they find it. Delayed.

I appreciate it being delivered almost a week early, but package was left in a bad place on my yard in the mud

I have been notified that the delivery has been made but the truck doesn't EVER get to my house this early. Needless to say no package yet
So now I can wait and see if the driver has scanned it wrong again or if they've delivered it to someone else.
