parcel was not delivered. The photo evidence shows a group of letterboxes, the parcel is too large to fit into a a letterbox. The image doesnt even show the parcel. This has happened recently with another delivery that went missing, I would appreciate some clarification on compensation availableLeft in wrong spot.
