130 lb. carton left in the middle of the sidewalk 50 ft. from my porch. the porch is on ground level and there are no stairs. This is just unacceptable. My package was left in the middle of public ways with no protection from the elements. Certainly delivering it to my address is not too much to ask. All other packages were able to make it there. Overall a ZERO rating, but the system requires one star. I give it grudgingly. Left in wrong spot.

Was stuck in Columbus an bounced between Grove City an Groveport for over a wk!!!!Delayed.

My package came to me wet, my wife to pictures for me to send to you guys. Haven't tried the system yet.
