Driver leaned packages against the box that has a GIANT sign that says "PLEASE PUT PACKAGES INSIDE BOX, THANK YOU"Left in wrong spot.

Besides the small hole on the box. The product is not damaged cosmetically. All the parts were still in the box and I was pleased to receive it on the earlier side of the delivery window. Giving me enough time to set up and potentially go for a ride. Delivered on time. Friendly service.
