i don’t know if this was the carriers or my apartments fault but i can’t find my package. usually, it’s supposed to be a key in the mailbox to get your bigger package from another spot (which i think is stupid but whatever). i go to my mailbox and i cannot find the key, which means my package is somewhere and i can’t get it. i’ve contacted usps 3 times with no helpful responses and also contacted the office at my complex with also… no response.Left in wrong spot.

If I hadn’t been there at the moment of delivery I would of never received my order missing three packages that all day were deliver to my mail box which is incorrect spoke with mail carrier but wasn’t able to get answers as the original mail carrier had tookenb th e day off or was off
