Delivered early. Friendly service. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.

I received a notification on this app saying it’s been delivered but I checked my mailbox and it was empty. I checked my security camera that I have facing my mailbox to see if anybody took my mail but the mailman drove past my house. I’m not sure if they dropped off at the wrong address but what I had coming in 7/5/22 today was pretty expensive. I’m not sure who to contact because the merchant doesn’t do no refunds. Left in wrong spot.
