I didn't receive my order, it says delivered but it's not infront of my door

My friend who I ordered it for never received the package. When I saw it say was delivered on my Shop app I gave them a thumbs up on their products that were supposed to be delivered. But never received them and I’m out basically $100+ on that 2 presents in one package order. Very pissed off.
