The good arrived damaged. I am now trying to work with the company I purchased my pop corn machine with for a refund/ sending me a new machine. The box looks to have been additionally wrapped during transit but 100 percent it’s had something heavy sitting on it as it’s as if it’s partly crushed it on the roof. I’ve send them the pictures only a few hours after it arrived. Damaged.

We were not here and it claims the delivery was left in our enclosed porch, which we do not have and there is no sign of our delivery
