My delivery instructions were not followed. I have had 2 packages stolen from my front porch in the last 2 months. My instructions clearly state to put package by the side door next to the garage Left in wrong spot.

the driver never knocked on the front door nor did he ring the doorbell and for as late as the item was delivered it wasn't even put by the front door he or she put it at the end of the walkway by the front door where everybody walking by the house could see there was a big package that was literally over $200 worth of merchandise. very very disappointed lately in UPS not just for here but at my home in Iowa. starting to dislike UPS as much as FedEx.Poor communication.
