15 updates later, 3 days, more than 3,000 East or where product was ordered from a device was delivered with wrong serial and or device number with holding & unable to release & sell to customer who requested product starting at a week after he ordered it. This issue is a Verizon technical issue & not of the delivering contracted service. Do and are all special product ordered items handled in this fashion and procedure?Delayed. Unprofessional. Incorrect items.
