I received is from a different order I placed. the picture shows I received a scarf I ordered but I got probiotics I ordered. where is my other order if this shows delivered but wasn't

The package was delivered to the middle of nowhere for no known reason, and never mind that it was also sent in the exact opposite direction of where it was supposed to go, smh.
