Didn’t receive item, basically they have my money and I’m without my nieces birthday gift .. pieces of shit!

I watched the mailman shove my package in my mailbox, as I was walking towards him and saying ‘I’m coming!’ The box was all mangled but the products were alright. Just thought I’d share..Delivered on time.

My item never got delivered and no one will answer me on where the item went. The company will not get back to me. And the USPS will not tell me the address it was delivered to. Unprofessional.

Our USPS Employee, Jeff, is the absolute best!!! He deserves a raise and a few kind words. He definitely makes sure all our Postal needs are taken care of. Friendly service. Left parcel in a safe place.
