how about didn't receive at all! And no one seems to know where it is or what to f◇■king do about it. So here I sit AGAIN screwed over by UPS! They should drop the "U" and replace it with "OO"! Sound it out!!!

I have had MULTIPLE items be delivered and it still has them somewhere else... I have 3 packages out now and how am I supposed to know where they are or when I will get them if the tracking is not accurate??? The Tracking is HORRIBLE... If I was y'all I would work on that IMMEDIATELY because it has been like that for months...Poor communication.
