My delivery wasn’t delivered I the customer had to retrieve it From the Havant Depot due to a£43 customs charge to which I should not of been applied to me, this package was processed on 9th December in USA seller kept adjusting the delivery date from 11th,12th and now the 13th January2022 to which would of been longer if I hadn’t realised it had arrived at Havant Depot with the custom Charge, Very poor communication with different advice with the tracking information being cancelled. Very poor.Poor communication. Unprofessional. Delayed.
