Livraison imprévue, j'ai été prévenu le jour même de la livraison, un lundi après-midi évidemment je suis au travail, j'ai donc demandé à ma compagne de réceptionner le colis assez lourd. Le livreur a refusé de le déposer jusqu'à mon domicile qui se trouve au rez-de-chaussée. Il l'a laissé devant le bâtiment. Ce dernier n'a fait aucun effort, alors que c'est son boulot. Je suis totalement insatisfait de cette entreprise et je ne passerai plus par eux pour quelconque livraison que ce soit. Unprofessional. Poor communication. Left in wrong spot.
