Delayed but only for a few days due to weather conditions other than that everything is great. Delayed.

It was ripped opened when I received it and nothing inside. Very disappointed with the courier, how could this happen? Please improve Unprofessional.

There was no notification nor any proof of delivery photo via email that Intelcom normally provides that this shipment was delivered to my apartment. I received a notification via Amazon that this shipment was delivered when in fact it wasn't. So, I checked my building and 3 Washington to see if it was mistakenly delivered there. When I was leaving 3 Washington, I saw the Intelcom delivery person come out of 1 Washington, having delivered my parcel to my apartment. Unprofessional. Poor communication.

Intelcom notified me that this package was delivered to my door before it was actually delivered. Having had previous bad experiences with the other courier company that delivers for Amazon, of delivering parcels to our other building or leaving parcels in our buildings lobby, I ended up doing a wild goose chase to the other building in case it was delivered there. When I came out of the other building, Intelcom had just delivered my parcel to my apartment, 10 minutes after being notified.Unprofessional. Poor communication.
