Did not receive my package I received confirmation that it was delivered check my front door and nothing was there

I do have one complaint that I as a customer had no idea about the charges I would have to pay for custom duty upon importing this item . For a $100 item I had to pay $97 custom duty and that really was not fair . I understand it’s not the delivery partner’s problem but still , if there was a way i could’ve known before hand then I would never have ordered. Contacted before delivery. Delivered on time. Friendly service. Well protected parcel.

They didn’t deliver the package here. Still don’t know where they delivered it tho they say it was delivered somewhere
