They originally lied, my package was supposed to be here Saturday, on Saturday the driver said he attempted to deliver my package, but I was standing on my poach, when the driver claimed he came by so that was a lie. I called ups after told them the issue they said they would have someone call me back and it was urgent they never did, I had to call back myself but then they couldn’t contact anyone in the werehouse. It was my dogs food and he needed it so thanks a lot for lying ups.Unprofessional. Poor communication. Delayed.

it was suppose to be delivered on the 1st June I stayed in all day but nothing came I looked on tracker and it was still in Sheffield. I phoned about it on the 6rh June as it said it was out for delivery and was told it should be delivered around 2pm that day the 6th so I waited and waited and it eventually came at 4:15pm all in good condition so thank you for that and for the great customer service just need to sort your tracker system out to give customers more information regards garry Delayed.
