I ordered a desk for someone for there birthday and she told me the delivery didn’t properly set the box down he like just dropped it…. I understand it probably pretty heavy but whatever the courier did in handling my package caused damage when she opened the package it was glass everywhere because it was a desk containing tempered glass…. All the glass was broken I honestly hate UPS they have so man careless delivery people it’s ridiculous they don’t care about anyones items!!Damaged.

package was left outside my yard. someone could have walked by and picked it up. gate was unlocked and they were able to walk in the yard but didn't.Left in wrong spot.

Delivered on time. Delivered early. Contacted before delivery. Friendly service. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.

im not sure if my package was delivered. I can't find where it was left. But my phone says it was delivered. What do I do now?
