this is bullshit you guys ruined our Christmas our delivery didn't even get delivered to our address and I'm never going through this company again you ruined our Christmas and I paid another of money for this shit you guys are bad at this job and you lost a good customer and I want my money baackUnprofessional.

I don't understand why my packages will arrive in Olathe KS. allowing the 3 to 4 days to get the items to my home. and I'll check the tracking number and it's being shipped back to Missouri from one of the hubs it passed through on the way to the hub in Olathe KS. so all of my packages are late. I always have to bother the vendor..and that's not his responsibility once it gets shipped. Can something be done about this. it made my holiday a complete nightmare.Contacted before delivery. Well protected parcel.

The shipment was supposed to delivered to Winchester, Kentucky, instead, it was delivered to Camarillo, California.Left in wrong spot.
