updates were not withen a timely fashion. only was notified package was shipped 5 days after when I asked support.
no updates when reached Sydney for almost a week.

box had quite a bit of damage. the items inside were wrapped and protected very well or I would have had broken merchandise. Damaged.

Received my package today and it was sealed properly and secure. No damage to package at all. Very satisfied 😁😁Well protected parcel.
