the worst shipping experience I've ever had , 42 days for my shipment to arrive. I will never use aramex again, truly unprofessional.Delayed. Unprofessional. Poor communication.

In the advertising the water filter is 18 litres,
But in reality is about 14 litres all together, both Chambers! Maybe even less!
-filters come foulty and with small cracks!
Very low, pure, material!! Damaged. Unprofessional. Incorrect items. Poor communication. Left in wrong spot.
