parcel switched with another client's parcel in Joburg and though parcel B was correctly stopped from being delivered to my wife, our parcel A was delivered to the other client and stayed there for almost a week in a display of organisational paralysis, bad processes, poor communication and virtual indifference by a lot of people I spoke to. I had spent many frustrating hours on the phone and only received the right service when I started talking to the merchant, whom they seemed to respect. Delayed. Unprofessional. Poor communication.

the delivery exactly the dat mentioned ont the delivery date...but in terms of handling in Shein some products where not good in handling Delivered on time. Delivered early. Contacted before delivery. Friendly service.

Parcel arrived undamaged. A bit of waiting at customs and clearance but otherwise quick delivery. Tracking was accurate and up to date.... Thank you..Friendly service. Well protected parcel.
