n'a même pas été capable de le livrer à la maison, j'ai dû partir plus tôt du travail pour pouvoir aller récupérer mon colis au bureau de poste

yes I gave it 4 stars but I really shouldn't have but I am a very patient person I understand the mail but I did receive my parcel today a few of the items were bent but I can flatten them other the that everything is good.

Compartment that belonged to the key left in my mailbox was empty - contacted Canada Post customer service, and has been 3 days with no resolution.
