package was never delivered I never received any tracking information numbers once it reached the US very unprofessional

WOULD SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY A SHIPMENT FROM INDIANAPOLIS HAD TO GO TO NEW YORK BEFORE BEING DELIVERED TO ME IN NORTH CAROLINA? THUS MAKING THE SHIPMENT LATEDelayed.

This is by far the worst order I’ve done with Walmart.com it’s called a queen comforter set bed in a bag. But I didn’t even receive a damn comforter. Plus I waited damn near a month after I ordered to not get what I ordered in the first place. Please for the love of god don’t order from this company ever in your life I wouldn’t even rate one star to these people.Incorrect items.

I check the update every day. I have been seeing no parcel delivered for 2 days since I received the message. I am waiting but I am not getting any kind of support. Will you make any arrangements to get my parcel. I am asking with great sadness to take the right steps to get my parcel.
