Pessoa dos correios tentou enviar a encomenda pelo elevador, quando têm sido reportado desaparecimentos de encomendas. Tive que dizer que só aceito encomendas em mão. Além disso, a caixa externa dos óculos veio danificada, apesar do interior estar em bom estado. Unprofessional.
