worst delivery I ever experienced.Delayed. Unprofessional. Poor communication.

I was initially a little concerned as without down loading Shipit App it seemed package was sitting at an airport going to Europe. I have had deliveries before from DHL and always happy with their service. They go the extra mile and deliver quicker than advised by vendor/ company shipping the item. As the customer I am very happy and as is my son who was anxious to try out the product bought on his behalf. Thankyou 😊Delivered early. Friendly service. Well protected parcel.

I paid 26 dollars shipping to have my medical device in 1 to 3 days. I'm not happyDelayed. Unprofessional. Poor communication.
