Delivery was slow for courier to pick up. But after that it was fast.

I received an email that said Sundsvall office was reluctant to forward the item, but no further communication from them. I called Post Nord who told me the item might be delivered next week. Five minutes later I was told the parcel was ready for collection at ICA Stugun. No one had any idea what was going on. It was total confusion!Poor communication.

Sendung wurde beim Nachbarn abgegeben. Die sogar selbst behauptet das ihr es gehöre. Obwohl mein Name auf dem Packt stand. Nach einen Blick aus dem Fenster habe ich einen DPD Transportwagen gesehen. Wäre dies nicht aus Zufall geschehen müsste ich lange nach dem Packt suchen. Eine Stunde nachdem, habe ich eine Nachricht erhalten das Ich das Packt angenommen hätte. Mit fehl Bestätigung noch nicht mal eine Unterschrift wäre erfolgt. Kümmern sie sich bitte nächstes mal um professionelles VerhaltenLeft in wrong spot.
