Grill was ordered as a gift for my daughter and son in law. First delayed due to unreadable label... problem resolved. Next, on truck for delivery..., not delivered; then delayed due to damaged packaging....inspected and no damages found, packaging secured, problem resolved. Next, on truck for delivery yesterday, not delivered. Finally delivered today...dent in the hood cover. Delayed. Damaged. Poor communication.
