FedEx delivers to the wrong address many times. Apparently you hire people who can't read and don't care where they leave your packageLeft in wrong spot.

My shampoo burst and is at the bottom of the parcel. The box says handle with care. Damaged.

Broken railing in drawer. Cannot open fully. Needs to be fixed or returned. Insurance should cover any costs for return of damaged goods, I would think. Please let me know how to proceed. Thank you.Damaged.
