Thanks happy got my package Delivered on time. Delivered early. Contacted before delivery. Friendly service. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.

package contained live animals. was not set upright, and left in a sunny location (shade less than 3 feet away. ) didn't ring the doorbell or give any notification the package arrived.
little lives were in their hands. it just makes me worry about using FedEx ever again for this type of package. Damaged. Unprofessional. Left in wrong spot.
