took an extremely long time to receive this product. many others seem to have this same issue with "Pretty Litter". so far I am very disappointed. Delayed. Unprofessional. Poor communication.

50% tax charged on the value of the product and shipping! Since when we lay tax on shipping; crazy

Left in mail room NOT at my front door. There is a buzzer to let the driver in.Left in wrong spot.
