Left in the middle of my driveway. The package was signature required and they didn’t even knock on the door to get one

Box came warped as if it was compressed or smudged between something, but my item arrived in good condition; only nitpick is I think bookbag type items should be placed in a plastic bag/wrapping instead of just topping it with rolled-up paper to protect itDamaged.

Delays by FedEx not accurately communicated. Delivery on day of was was smooth and flawless. Delayed. Poor communication.
