I received my package with a missing item and covered in foul chemical-like smelling liquid inside. My items are stained from whatever substance was spilled inside the packaging Damaged.

I wrote a note to specifically know hard doorbell broke. Those idiots left my freezer chest in the rental office and it’s far too heavy for me to carry to my apt that’s in the back of the complex. What do you suggest I do?!Left in wrong spot.
