Delivered on time. Contacted before delivery. Friendly service. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.

Driver delivered at 11:18AM in my front porch as I had my front door open so I heard when the box was dropped off and retrieved it right away.

It was not just left at the wrong spot but the WRONG address! I can't get anything from FedEx except their looking into it. FedEx it trash!Left in wrong spot.

You guys suck at fedex, I would rather pay A LOT more to not use you guys, every single time I’ve ordered something online and fedex was used, it’s never once been on time. The closest to making delivery time was 3-4 days late. So great job guys!! Keep it up! I would be embarrassed if my Company used fedex, I would end that contract so fast. If you think I’m lying just go to google.com and type in anything that has to do with FedEx that customers can write on. NO ONE LIKES YOU GUYS!Delayed. Poor communication. Damaged.
