Delivered on time. Contacted before delivery. Friendly service. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.

My package was left hanging on the fence, in the rain. Instead of putting it on my porch. It’s a small fenced area, and you can clearly see that there were NO animals out. Left in wrong spot.

charged it and tested and my son loved it and he said it felt like a bubble blew and now it won't pressure water. We have done all your test but it's dead. power but still nothing.. help Christmas present

I can not believe my packages were left at the bottom of my driveway where anyone driving by could just stop and pick them up!! I am so furious!! This is totally unacceptable. 4 packages 4!!!! Are your delivery drivers not trained? Do better FEDEX…… I do have photos for proof cause I’m sure the driver would never admit to it. Damaged. Left in wrong spot. Poor communication.
