I ordered a TV and they were supposed to knock and do a hand off because we live in a bad neighborhood and I didn't want my new TV to get stolen. Instead they walk up on my porch so quietly that they didn't even alert my dogs and lay my TV flat on my porch didn't bother to knock and walked away. My son (the person the TV is for) saw him walk up and that's the only way I knew he even showed up. Very unprofessional of the driver especially since the item was a TV in original packaging.Unprofessional. Poor communication.

Delivered on time. Delivered early. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.
