My package says it was delivered in “the mail room”. The package was NOT delivered and even if it was, there is no “mail room”. There are mailboxes that are open and exposed to the driveway that has a GIANT sign from the leasing office saying, “DO NOT DROP PACKAGES OFF HERE. DELIVER TO DOORSTEP” because it is not a secured “mail room”. My package was either never delivered or stolen because the deliverer did not deliver it to the correct location — MY ADDRESS/DOORSTEP. THESE ARE CHRISTMAS GIFTS!Left in wrong spot. Unprofessional. Poor communication.

Whoever delivered it could have at least knocked on the door to let me know it was there, instead of giving somebody a chance to take my package...Unprofessional.
