The package was never delivered. I checked all around my front door and my neighbors porches. It wasn’t stolen, just never delivered

Reached out multiple times, no response. Delivery status not updated, delayed, and ultimately delivered when recipient was not home resulting in it getting stolenPoor communication.

The delivery guy THREW it on our doorstep from 5ft away… I saw it on the ring cam. Thankfully there was nothing fragile in there. But it was completely unprofessionalUnprofessional.
