left at front door which was coolDelivered on time. Left parcel in a safe place.

I am disabled, in wheelchair and a fall risk. the box was left on ground outside of my apartment, when I need face to face contact. person didn't even knock on my door.Damaged. Unprofessional. Incorrect items. Poor communication. Left in wrong spot.
