Das Paket lag tagelang in Belgien, kam dann endlich nach Köln nur am am gleichen Tag zurück nach Belgien geschickt zu werden.
Versand dauerte 7 Tage anstatt 2. Expresskosten wurden nicht erstattet. Delayed. Poor communication.

item went back to Sydney after clearing customs then got a message saying to call or they where returning the item to sender
