Package did not have makings or label indicating alcohol content within . . .( Per John @ UPS As of 10/28/2022 4:30 AM phone call to me.)."This has been an 11 day frustrating, disappointing period!""I believe everyone is trying to do their best Yet The Worst Happened!""I am a very understanding considerate & patient person though this has dragged me over the line shaking my head & sagging my Heart!" The outer box was man handled to say the least so much that the boxes of k cups were mangled as well and one broke open on both ends. Luckily my machine was double boxed. And the box was left upside down when it clearly says on the box handle with care this side up👆🏽Damaged. Unprofessional.
