Delivered on time. Friendly service. Contacted before delivery. Well protected parcel. Delivered early. Left parcel in a safe place.

I’ve been waiting 4 months for these items from Origin USA. They’re worth over $400. Myself and my landlady checked everyday. They never arrived. Left in wrong spot.

it says it was delivered at 1:05 but for one nobody wrang any door bell and two I checked the lobby downstairs and saw nothing there at 1:45 I did NOT get a successful delivery and I am going to check again if my item is at home when I get off work but if it isn't then the ups workers need to learn to do their jobs properly because you must ring the doorbell and if someone answers bring it to their door and HAND it to them or if no answer is received then leave it at the nearest ups pickup store
