Absolute worst shipping company definitely will never recommend using UPS… horrible customer service and careless management leads to extreme delays and lost packages.

About an hour ago someone knocked on my door and said that MY PACKAGE was left at their doorstep. The ladies apartment number is 12 and my apartment # is 21. Thank God she was an honest person. Not a great experience.Left in wrong spot.

The package shipping process is already slow. A week ago the package was in NC 40 miles from my home and was to deliver the next morning I see that the package was in Colorado. It then too another week for me to receive the package which is now no longer needed
