Delivered on time. Friendly service. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.

I ordered this product almost 3 months ago. For the longest time there was no tracking. Once there was tracking, it was delayed in updating multiple times. The package was lost more than once. Tracking still doesn't show when it will be arriving at my home, and it showed up today. Absolutely horrible, horrible, horrible service!!!

Box holding item was completely destroyed and item inside box was broken due to shipping. There was even a sticker on it that said fragile handle with care. Damaged.
